2. "Rate My Fit" AI Tool Disclaimer

Our AI outfit rater is designed for entertainment and general style guidance only.

• The scores, roasts, and upgrade tips are generated by AI and should not be taken as professional fashion, psychological, or personal advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated output.
• You agree not to use the tool to bully, harass, or target individuals. The tool is meant to be fun, not mean.

3. User Conduct & Content

When using our upload features or contacting us, you agree not to:

• Upload images that are illegal, explicit, violent, or infringe on someone else's copyright.
• Upload photos of people without their consent.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the website or our AI API integrations.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UK laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Decent Vibe brand, logo, website design, blog content, and code are the property of Decent Vibe and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. You retain full ownership of any photos you upload to our tools.

5. Digital Products & Payments

Any digital products (style guides, presets, etc.) sold via our site are processed securely through our third-party partner, Payhip. All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, unless required by UK consumer law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Decent Vibe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the AI tool, or any reliance on the information provided.

7. Governing Law
